At last nights regular membership meeting of the North Highlands Fire Department Chief Thomas Fry swore in new member Richard "Harley" Sporbert. Harley is a life long resident of Cold Spring and and has several friends who are already members. He's looking forward to serving with the Fire Department and helping the residents in any way in can.
