Recently members of the North Highlands Fire Department attended a live fire training session which was hosted by East Fishkill Fire Department. Training together in a live fire environment provides an extremely valuable opportunity to learn how members from your mutual aid fire departments operate. Several different evolutions were performed such as hose line advancement, fire suppression, emergency bail out and search and rescue, all skills needed to be an interior firefighter.
